▸In the morning after breakfast, we’ll set off towards Lake Yazovoye. The road is in poor condition,
so we’ll be traveling by jeep. Nestled in the highlands, the lake stands as a pristine natural wonder.
It is home to a single species of fish – the Ide. Upon reaching the lake, we’ll enjoy an outdoor lunch,
taking advantage of the remote location and the lack of crowds to immerse ourselves in the untouched wilderness.
From this vantage point, we can see the peaks of Belukha Mountain, the highest in Kazakhstan.
▸After our adventure at the lake, we’ll return to Berel in the evening to dine and retire for the night.

▸Travel by car to the Berel Valley, where one of the most significant archaeological sites in Kazakhstan is located –
the Berel burial mound, which is the tomb of a Saka king. Here you can see original Saka and Turkic finds and visit the Golden Tree Museum.
▸Visit the burial place of the Saka Kings
▸Visit the national museum, where you can learn about the culture and history of the Saka and Turkic period in this region
▸Lunch by the Bukhtarma River.
▸A stroll by the river, through nature, and exploration of the surroundings.
▸In the evening, we will return to the guesthouse.
We will head towards Arshaty, where there is a wildlife reserve
home to some of Kazakhstan’s rarest animals, including snow leopards, lynxes, and marals.
Accompanied by a reserve ranger, we will visit the interesting and beautiful spots within this sanctuary.
With luck, we’ll spot some of the animals and birds, and also enjoy a lunch in nature,
nestled among the trees in a wooden cabin. In the evening, we will return to the guesthouse.
Here, we will live in a yurt, drink kumys (specially made horse milk), eat traditional cuisine, and live like true Kazakhs,
riding horses and visiting the beautiful places of the region, including mountains, rivers, and plains.
Kiin-Kerish is a remarkable creation of nature, known for its colorful rock formations.
It feels as if you are on Mars, surrounded by a vibrant red ground.
